These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision and use of the GleeSIM Unlimited Data Tariff Plan (“the Plan”). By activating, purchasing, or using the GleeSIM eSIM associated with this Plan, the customer (“You”, “Your”, or “User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms, together with GleeSIM’s General Terms of Service, Fair Usage Policy, and Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

 

2. Permitted Use and Restrictions

  • 2.1. The Unlimited Data Plan is intended solely for individual use on a single mobile device.
  • 2.2. Tethering, hotspot usage, or device sharing (where the eSIM is used to distribute connectivity to other devices) is strictly prohibited under this Plan.
  • 2.3. If GleeSIM detects or reasonably suspects that the eSIM is being used for tethering, hotspot, or any other non-compliant activity, GleeSIM reserves the right to:
    • (a) Suspend or restrict the service immediately.
    • (b) Bar and permanently blacklist the associated eSIM; and
    • <li(c) Refuse service or future activations to the affected user without prior notice.>
  • 2.4. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions, including the use of third-party tools or configurations to enable hotspot access, will constitute a material breach of these Terms.

GleeSIM — Terms and Fair Usage Policy

  1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision and use of the GleeSIM Unlimited Data Tariff Plan (“the Plan”).
By activating, purchasing, or using the GleeSIM eSIM associated with this Plan, the customer (“You”, “Your”, or “User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms, together with GleeSIM’s General Terms of Service, Fair Usage Policy, and Privacy Policy.

  1. Permitted Use and Restrictions

2.1. The Unlimited Data Plan is intended solely for individual use on a single mobile device.

  1. Fair Usage Policy and Throttling

3.1. All Unlimited Data Plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) designed to ensure equitable network access for all users and to prevent misuse of network capacity.

3.2. Under the FUP, users are entitled to a maximum daily high-speed data allowance of up to 3 GB, subject to variation by destination, wholesale rates, and partner network restrictions.

  • The daily allowance may be lower in certain destinations due to regulatory or cost constraints.

3.3. Data speeds may be throttled in progressive stages based on cumulative daily usage as follows:

  • After 90% of total or daily usage: Speed reduced to 5,120 Kbps

3.4. Once the daily allowance is fully consumed, the connection will remain throttled until the next 24-hour cycle begins, at which point the daily allowance resets automatically.

3.5. The throttling thresholds and speeds specified above may vary from country to country, depending on network availability and local partner agreements.

  1. Validity and Activation

4.1. The validity period of the eSIM commences from the moment of activation, irrespective of the user’s physical arrival in the destination country.

4.2. GleeSIM strongly recommends that users install and activate their eSIM prior to departure, to mitigate any risk of connectivity issues upon arrival, particularly where mobile internet access may be unavailable.

4.3. Available validity options may include 10-day, 15-day, or 30-day plans, as displayed at the time of purchase. The validity countdown begins immediately upon activation and is not paused or extended for any reason.

  1. Usage Transparency and Communication

5.1. GleeSIM upholds a policy of full transparency in respect of data usage and plan management.

5.2. Instead of a dedicated mobile application, GleeSIM communicates usage details, consumption alerts, and top-up recommendations via WhatsApp messaging.

5.3. Customers may also access a secure GleeSIM online dashboard to review their real-time data consumption, usage history, and available balance.

  1. Customer Support

6.1. Customer support is available exclusively via WhatsApp and email correspondence.

6.2. GleeSIM does not operate inbound telephone support lines for customer queries or technical issues.

6.3. All inquiries shall be handled electronically through official support channels, and GleeSIM shall endeavour to respond promptly within standard business hours.

  1. Usage Alerts and Top-Up Offers

7.1. GleeSIM will issue automated data usage alerts when the user reaches 80% and 90% of the allocated data allowance.

7.2. Such notifications may include promotional or discounted recharge links, enabling users to purchase additional data bundles or extend validity directly.

  1. Network Availability and Limitations

8.1. GleeSIM provides service via multiple partner networks in each destination to enhance reliability and continuity of service.

8.2. While the eSIM is designed to automatically switch to alternative networks in case of an outage, GleeSIM cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity in the event of national or multi-network outages within the host country.

8.3. Network capacity, wholesale cost, and operational policies vary across jurisdictions. Consequently, GleeSIM reserves the right to:

  • (a) Adjust FUP thresholds, throttling levels, or daily allowances; and
  • (b) Implement regional variations in accordance with local network performance and commercial conditions.

8.4. GleeSIM shall not be held liable for service interruptions, network failures, or degradation of quality arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including partner operator issues, force majeure events, or government-imposed restrictions.

  1. Amendments and Policy Updates

GleeSIM reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms, the Fair Usage Policy, or any related service terms at its sole discretion. Updates shall be published on GleeSIM’s official website. Continued use of the service following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with GleeSIM’s General Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable product-specific conditions, constitute the entire agreement between GleeSIM and the user with respect to the Unlimited Data Tariff Plan.
