The “Account Holder” is a person who creates and manages an account on Gleesim.
The “eSIM” is an embedded SIM profile that works with compatible devices to provide mobile data services.
“Services” include eSIM data plans, access to our website, mobile app, and customer support.
A “Top-Up” refers to purchasing extra data or extending the duration of your plan.
A “Device” refers to a smartphone, tablet, or any other gadget that supports eSIM technology.

2. Eligibility

To use Gleesim’s services, you must be at least 18 years old. When you create an account, you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete.

3. Account Usage

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

Gleesim is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized access to your account.

If your account remains inactive for 18 months, Gleesim may delete it along with all stored information.

4. eSIM Activation and Use

Gleesim offers eSIM plans only for devices that meet our compatibility requirements. Please check your device before making a purchase.

Once an eSIM or data plan is activated, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another user.

Our data plans are for internet use only. Voice calls, SMS, or MMS are only available if clearly mentioned in the product description.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.

Prices are shown in USD or your selected local currency during checkout.

If you agree, Gleesim may store your payment details to make future Top-Up purchases easier.

6. Refund Policy

Once an eSIM is activated, the purchase is non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for unused or expired plans.

7. Usage Limitations

You are not allowed to use Gleesim’s services in high-risk environments, such as emergency services or aircraft navigation.

Service availability depends on your local network provider. Gleesim is not responsible for any disruptions or issues caused by third-party networks.

All Gleesim logos, software, and branding are protected. You must get written permission from us before copying or using any of our content.

9. Modifications to Services

Gleesim may change or update any service, plan, or feature at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

To keep using our services, you must follow these Terms. We may suspend or remove your access at any time if these Terms are violated.

Loss of data
Service disruptions or performance issues outside of our control
