Should I buy a local SIM or an eSIM in Bangladesh?
A local Grameenphone or Robi SIM costs less, but you need your passport, fingerprint registration at a shop and a phone that takes a second SIM. An eSIM is ready before you fly, works as soon as you land and keeps your own SIM in the phone. If price matters most and you have time for the shop, a local SIM is the cheaper choice. If you want to be online from the airport with no paperwork, choose the eSIM.
Do I need to register my fingerprints for a Bangladesh eSIM?
